Law Enforcement Requests

Date Conscious considers requests from authorized law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy. Information availability depends on the records actually maintained.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Date Conscious is not an emergency response service. This page and the general support channel do not provide real-time emergency assistance.

Contact

Contacting us about a legal request

Authorized officials may contact Date Conscious Support to request the appropriate channel for legal requests. Do not submit sensitive evidence, identity documents, or legal attachments through the general support form.

Contacting support does not itself constitute formal service of legal process. The general support address published in our Privacy Policy may be used to reach support, but it is not a dedicated legal-request address.

Sensitive documents should be supplied only through an appropriate channel after coordination.

Preservation

Preservation requests

Preservation requests should identify the specific account, existing records sought, relevant period, requesting agency, and applicable legal authority. Preservation and disclosure are separate processes. A preservation request does not by itself authorize disclosure.

Records availableDate Conscious can respond only with records it actually maintains and can retrieve. This page does not describe retention periods, available record categories, or recovery of deleted content.
